DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes things may not seem quite right. Try items in the comfort of your own home and if you’re not fully satisfied, you've got 28 days to request an exchange or return and send them back to us. We always stand by our products and are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items with original tags as well as the return label (see note below) intact. When trying on clothing, please be mindful to avoid any contact with makeup, so that each piece is returned in the condition in which you received it. All items tagged as FINAL SALE* cannot be exchanged or returned.
*Discounted at 40% or higher.

Note: All garments come with a unique tearaway return label placed on the outside seam. Once this label is removed, the item cannot be returned. Gently tear across the seam by hand if you wish to keep the product.

RETURNS

NOIR reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Returns are not accepted 28 days beyond the delivery date. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date. We offer free returns within the United States if you keep at least one item from your order but a flat return fee of $6.95 applies if you return all items from your order.

Note:

  • If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
  • We do not refund shipping charges, if applicable for expedited shipping.
  • Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to alter, edit or modify any of the details of that order.
  • This return policy does not affect the separate legal right of withdrawal or cancellation, which is available only under some circumstances to EU and UK consumers. Please refer to our terms under ‘Canceling your order under EU or UK Law’ for details on how to withdraw/cancel your order. Contact customer service if you have additional questions or need help completing a return.

HOW TO SUBMIT RETURNS ONLINE:

  1. Go to 'My Returns'.
  2. Select the order for which you would like to start a return.
  3. Select the item(s) for you which you would like to return. This will only be possible for eligible return items.
  4. Provide the reason for return in the drop-down menu.
  5. Select the nearest drop-off point (you can select any).
  6. Follow instructions on the label to pack your item(s) securely and drop-off your package.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanging an item comes at no additional cost to the customer. For making an exchange, the item needs to be returned to us and a new, separate order needs to be placed with the correct size/color. Please fill out the form at My Returns and follow the aforementioned steps to send the incorrect item back to us.

You can exchange the item for a different size and/or color without a fee one time only; should you wish to exchange it again, a flat fee of $6.95 is deducted from your refund. Contact customer service for any questions related to fit or sizing.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Sorry, but we do not offer price adjustments on any order or item. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early, you ensure you get the style in the color and size you want.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Currently, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges from locations outside the United States, with the exception of India where some of our ateliers and fulfillment centers are located. Please note we are working diligently to offer this option globally. In the meantime, please reach out to our customer service for any questions regarding fit, sizing or any other concerns.
