You will receive an email when your order is shipped with tracking information in it. You will also receive email notification upon delivery.
We’re unable to modify an order once we receive it including changes to order items, size or shipping information.
If your order is incorrect, we recommend canceling your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting customer service. You may then place a new one with the correct information.
For orders within the U.S.
Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Taxes are refundable upon return. If you have any additional questions, please contact customer service.
For orders outside the U.S.
Duties, taxes and other customs fees are dependent on the country you are shipping to. Deliveries to some countries are shipped without having to pay duties. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Note that we currently only offer to pay this amount upon delivery. Check the list of countries we currently ship to.
For orders outside the U.S., the local customs authority of each country charges duties for purchases from another country. Currently, we only offer DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method to offer you the best possible international shipping rates.
We createlimited edition pieces to maintain our product niche. It means that our itemssell out fast. Choose ‘Notify me’ option on the product page and sign up with your email to let us know your preferred color and size and we will most likely be making more of the items that are high in demand. We will notify you viaemail once it is back in stock.
From the dropdown in the top right-hand corner, select the country where you will be shipping your order to on a computer. If you’re on a mobile device, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to find the country drop-down on the left-hand corner. This will change the currency on the website. On the checkout page, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping and taxes. Note that any applicable duties and other customs fees will not be displayed at checkout, but will be paid by you upon delivery. Currently, we only offer DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method to offer you the best possible international shipping rates.

We offer a 15% discount to all on their first full-priced order. Our seasonal promotions are announced via our email newsletter, text messages and social media announcements. Make sure to subscribe and follow us on social media to be one of the first to know. To sign up for our newsletter just scroll to the bottom of our site and add yourself to our mailing list. Note that only one discount code is applicable per order.

SHIPPING
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 1 PM Eastern Time to be shipped same-day. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

For orders within the U.S.
We offer free standard (3-4 business days) shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery method, location and carrier at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.
Note: Shipping fee is nonrefundable.
For orders outside the U.S.
We offer free global shipping on certain minimum order amounts. Please check the minimum amounts under the ‘International Shipping Policy’ section here. Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery method, location and carrier at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note, it may take upto 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Exchange orders will be shipped with free standard shipping to the address originally entered at checkout. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date.

After 28 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date.
Under My Returns portal, you will not see an option to start a return or exchange if you are outside of your return window.

Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Currently, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges from locations outside the United States, with the exception of India where some of our ateliers and fulfillment centers are located. Please note we are working diligently to offer this option globally. In the meantime, please reach out to our customer service for any questions regarding fit, sizing or any other concerns.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account on the original form of payment. You will receive an email when the return has been processed, so you know your refund is on the way.
We offer free returns within the United States if you keep at least one item from your order but a flat return fee of $6.95 applies if you return all items from your order. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund and will be noted on your return confirmation email.
Any additional shipping costs selected at checkout are nonrefundable. You can view our respective policies for shipping and returns here.

If you were gifted an item from NOIR but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return it based on the return policy. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges without an order number, so make sure to have the gifter’s email address, first and last name, or shipping address on hand.
Please note that whenever a return or exchange is processed, the original purchaser receives an email notification.
We take great pride in our products as well as how we present it to our customers. You will receive NOIR products in Kraft mailer bags or boxes (depending on the number and type of items purchased) wrapped in a premium paper. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will accept returns but in it’s original packing still intact. In case the packaging has been damaged or lost, please ensure that your return is securely packaged in a similar bag or brown mailer box to avoid any damage during transit.
Please note we will not accept any returns that were not properly secured inside a bag or box and will send the item back to you.
All returns follow our standard return policy which you may view here. We closely monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Returns received that do not satisfy our return policy are subject to return shipping charges.

We major payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and Diners along with many other popular local payment options specific to the region. Additional local payment methods are available and viewable upon checkout.
You can enter your promo code on the Checkout page. Our promo codes are case-sensitive and any additional spaces added will prevent them from applying properly.

SIZE & FIT
Our size guides serve as a general guideline for helping you find your correct sizing in NOIR. You can view all of our size guides here.
We mostly design our silhouettes for a comfortable fit. Having said that, each style will have different measurements based on the design. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our customer service team for your perfect fit. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we can help you out.
Chest: Measure your chest by placing the tape measure 1-2 inches below your armpit on one side, guiding it around your back, and ending back where you started. Make sure you measure over the furthest point of your chest.
Waist: Find the halfway point between your belly button and the bottom of your ribs, where your body bends naturally from side to side. Circle a tape measure all the way around this part of your torso to get your waistline measurement.
High Hip: Your high hip is where your hip bone begins. Measure the top of your hips by placing the tape measure approximately 3-4 inches below your belly button and circling around.
Low Hip: Your lower hip is where your hip bone ends. Measure the lower part of your hips by placing the tape measure approximately where the zipper of our jeans would end (about 3-4 inches below your high hip) and circling around.
Please note that our products are made in US sizes which generally run large. Though our garments are true to size, all bodies are different. You can always reference our sizing guide, which features general body measurements, or, reach out to customer service for more specifics. We understand nothing works better for women than flattering fits and we strive to offer the same in all our products. However, we are continuously working to improve our sizing & fits and would encourage you to provide your genuine feedback here.
All our products are made in US sizes. However, you can refer to our sizing guide for international conversions. Additionally, all our garment tags carry US/UK/EUR conversion
Yes, we currently offer some products in petite sizing which will be clearly labeled as ‘Petite’ in both, the product name and size options. We are working towards expanding our current range for this offering. You may follow our socials to be the first to know about our latest launches (see links at the left-hand bottom corner of our landing page).

GARMENT CARE
We use a variety of materials in our collections including velvets, chiffons, georgettes and cottons. Since each product is different, fabric and care specifications are provided on all our product pages. You may also refer to care labels on the inside side seam of each garment which are provided in different languages.
Please always refer to the care label and product description (‘Fabric & Care’ section) for product-wise instructions. A lot of fabrics can be steamed or ironed on a low setting, but we recommend you test a small area first on the least visible location of the garment. Use a dry iron on low for anything structured like a blazer or jacket. A pressing cloth can also be used to protect the garment while ironing. If a fabric is shiny or has embellishments, do not iron.
Select cold water and a delicate/gentle setting on your washer and always wait until you have a full load to reduce water waste. Check the label and choose a plant-based detergent free of fragrance, optical brighteners, chlorine, and phosphates that are all bad for you and the environment. Hang or lay flat to dry in most such cases; avoid the dryer completely as it can cause fraying or shrinking in delicate fabrics.
